Long awaited updates

So you've probably all been faithfully checking Avery's blog every day for updates and have been disappointed by the lack of new data. Well, I guess it's time to stop disappointing. I've taken a couple more nursery pictures, but they really don't do the room justice. The dresser is the latest addition, which was a gift from Avery's grandparents (Tom and Cheeri Ford). They spent hours searching the stores to find one that matched the crib perfectly.....thank you so much....I love it!

Now for some baby & Amy updates. Avery is scheduled to be born via c-section on May 1st in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Tom and I will fly to MN on April 26th, attend my brother's wedding on April 28th and then head up north to meet our daughter a couple days later. Other than that, I'm told that both Amy and Avery are currently doing just fine. Well, at least Avery is.....Amy is getting punched and kicked constantly, but handling it like a trooper. I think that Amy must still have been feeling the effects of the pain meds from Connor's delivery to volunteer to sign up for this again though. :o) Which brings me to the story of how all of this came to be.......but you'll all have to stay tuned for those details. For now though, I've posted a picture of Amy and I taken the day we all went to meet with Dr. Chamoun for the first time.
Maybe Amy will send me a current belly shot so we can all see how much she's changed!
