Tom's co-workers designed this onesie for Marshall in honor of his daddy. On launch day Tom is the Lead of the Final Inspection Team ("Ice Team") that inspects the space shuttle stack to ensure there is no ice/frost and is safe to launch. They wear numbered bright orange suits (Tom is #1) that look like the ones from the movie Armageddon and Tom is often seen wearing his Oakleys. Marshall is already following in his daddy's footsteps. Too cute!
